Beats & Eats Back In Carrum

By Meredith Bishop April 04, 2018 0

After a two year experiment the Chelsea Harvest Festival has been scrapped and the Carrum Beats & Eats festival will return this year.

Despite an initial promise organisers and locals to return the festival to Carrum after the Carrum Family & Children’s Centre development was built at the Roy Dore Reserve Kingston Council officers recommended against moving the festivale back to it's Carrum home.

The 2018 event will be held on May 12th at the Roy Dore Reserve while council officers search for an alternative location in Carrum to hold future events.

Like other City of Kingston events entry is just $2 for an individual or $5 for a family.

Live music will be present across two stages with rides and activities for the little ones.
